# Delete your MyCorreoApp account

This page explains how to delete your **MyCorreoApp** account, the mail app of LORENGRAFF Technologies, Inc., and its associated data. You can do it without having the app installed.

## **1. How to request deletion**

- Send an email **from the address you want to delete** to [support@lorengraff.net](mailto:support@lorengraff.net?subject=Delete%20my%20MyCorreoApp%20account) with the subject *"Delete my MyCorreoApp account"*. You can also open this page from the app under *Settings › Privacy › Delete my account and data*.

- If you cannot send from that address, write from another one stating the account: we will ask for identity verification before deleting anything.

- We will acknowledge your request within 72 hours and complete the deletion within 30 days.

If your account is managed by your company or organisation, the request must be made (or authorised) by your domain administrator.

## **2. What is deleted**

- The whole mailbox: messages, folders, attachments, signature, display name and auto-reply.

- The account's credentials, app passwords and two-step verification.

- Push registrations (notification tokens) linked to the account.

## **3. What is kept and for how long**

- Encrypted server backups: the content disappears within 90 days.

- Security logs (IP, access date and time): up to 12 months, to prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.

- Billing data, if any: for the period required by tax law.

- Anonymous Firebase crash reports and statistics, which do not identify your account: automatically deleted after 90 days and 14 months respectively.

## **4. Deleting only the data on your device**

To remove your data from the phone without deleting the account, tap *Settings › Sign out* in the app (it clears the session, mail cache and downloaded attachments) or uninstall the app. To stop sending crash reports and statistics, turn off *Settings › Privacy › Crash reports and statistics*.
